well considering most of the staff of this group are mods we are usually busy doing other stuff. So it's pretty much up to the other members to bring up topics and such for conversation. Seeing as most people don't even visit this group yeah it is dead most of the time.

Every now and then, it becomes dead in this group, lol. But then again everyone is outside moderating and such. I remember once that there were no posts for about 6 weeks before a new post came in.

Well it's not dead ,it's kinda......hmm.... ,oh wait it's dead ,but actually it gets alive once in a while ,think of it as a guestbook to discuss internal things in Miniyokyo.

Best bet is to use the report function. Just say their sig violates the size restriction for sigs or something like that

No we still don't have a way to report a user. It's the same report function for everything.

We do have a limit on how much text can be placed in you sig space. 4 lines like it has always been. It's only been recent though that the restriction was enforced. So if you see a person with more then 4 lines then they haven't changed it since MT2-to early MT3.

Well no your not the only one annoyed by it. However the mods can't go running around trying to track everyone one of these people down. It's just not effective since there are other things needing to be taken care of.

So if you do see one report it even if it's a sig space full of text you should report it.

So why do people use bigger ones? Example.
I know that we (users) have the ability to turn avatars and signatures off, but rules are rules. I (for example) like to watch peoples avatars and sigs. But it pisses me off when I see a post where sig takes few times more space than actual written text

So what do you think about it? Should be there an option to report users that break the rules? Of course we can use "Report Post" function and stat there that this user has bigger sig than he should. Or am I the only one pissed off by such things?

i come back after this long time and i see no change in this guest book ,why do i feel that this guest book is crying for someone to post in it .

Ecchi is fine, anything that shows a persons private areas, excluding the behind, is against the rules.

I ran across this group and decided to join in. At the moment I'm a vigilante stalker in the wallpapers gallery for rips and such and noticed this group seems to aim at fixing up the forums as well. I generally try to avoid most forums as they've really gone down the drain with MT3 and all the people posting as much rubbish as they can to gain credits.

In short helping along the forums sounds good, I generaly restrict myself to City Hall, MT and bug forums. The forums seem very neglected lately and if somebodyelse's radar means they'll be fixed, I'm all for it!

EDIT:
I also wanted to ask about the groups. As far as I know the adult content is completly gone from all areas of MT, however I clicked into some random ecchi group from someones userpage to see if there was any activity and it looks like the adult content is creeping back in again. I didn't feel like reporting post after post but just wanted to double check that the rules for groups weren't any less than the rest of MT (at one point groups were allowed to get away with a bit). Basically are the rules NO ADULT CONTENT at all or is it the old no penetration or genetalia rule?

-Heaps of people creating threads in the wrong forum or creating threads asking for things that have already been mentioned [well there's nothing we can do but I wanted to complain about it anyway ]

- People bringing up really old threads (hint: look in the Love, Family forum)

Perhaps the policy can be changed to implement a point like "do not revive old threads" or something like that because at the moment it doesn't say it (it kind of implies it but sortaaa)

Not sure if this is worth a mention, but before I remember the forums being pretty clean of anything like that. I'm not exactly sure if that is 'family' material [it probably is but I'm wondering if there'll be more extreme threads being made in the future].

Praise to the mods for doing a fine job. Although I do see many topics that hurt my eyes, so many have low quality feedback. Others are just a bunch of repeats. =/

So the moderators' color is Bronze and Sheqel's is gold , which means that normal members' color is silver which is more valuable than Bronze ,now i know why alot of moderators retired , it was because that they found out about this earlier ,and let you guys discover all this up on your own ,*kidding by the way * . Anyway i am new to this group and i hope i can work together with all of you to make minitokyo as lovely as it could be.
