I think "Dijurido" is a long tubular horn-like instrument from austrailia, kinda sounds like a fog-horn and you have to pucker up your lips and basically air spit into the tube.

Alright, since everyone is choosing from the Oh Brother Where Art Thou soundtrack (contrary to my expectations), I'll guess I'll go with my original plan and go with DSOTM.
