My sis drew names out of the Mokona hat and figured out the groups that way. :3
Basically I followed the format of last year~ 6 groups in first round, 3 groups
in second, highest scoring wallers invited back to third round.
Um if you guys want to switch around, I don't mind. Also if you guys prefer to
do the three groups-two rounds thing, we can do that easily and redraw the
groups.
Hi all! I just enlisted in the Secret-Cadre-and-Arbiters-Recruitment Drive section (S.C.A.R.R.E.D.! Funny acronym! But not
the official name!) of the W.A.R., and 'finally decided to drop in a few lines
for this year's W.A.R. organizers to talk about and decide on stuff.

whom she has worked with in the past! ... *tries to make an apologetic post
here, but the pressure is too much, so she ignores the urge to do so in the
meantime.
flyindreams, sorry! I'm beginning to feel a little lost, what with a slew of my
ideas for the W.A.R. brimmeth and runneth over (?)... I feel that the PM-GB-chat
thing way of communicating is becoming a big constraint (at least on my part),
but anyway, is it possible to have some sort of a "one-stop-shop"
site, thread or whatever to talk over ideas on the contest, organizing/logistics
chu-chu and ________? (*hope that was clear...) ... since the GB of the group is
aimed for announcements and clarifications on contest matters and not for the
'secret-ops' things? It has to remain hidden from the contest participants, of
course.
I think I already typed a couple of pages re: additional
proposals/clarifications on the 'conduct' of the W.A.R.. Add to this some other
ideas (name of secret arbiter) shared with me!... and I really feel it's too
domineering if I just spam yours and (name of secret arbiter)'s inbox with the
ideas... so wouldn't it be better to start talking it over with the judges at
this time somewhere? Lol, sorry if I'm being impatient...
