if you want to rise your level, you just need to publish a lot of artworks in the galleries. the more art you published, the more chances you get to rise level.

gosh im not that free to make these few days not yet anyway....

i'm just kinda busy colouring some scans for the Colourist team in AQS i am in(this is not naruto sorry)
so i havent had the time to come here so much......blueheart, what about that the one who gets the rank can maybe chose their own picture they want?

nah, just forget it, in my case, i just dont want to see yondaimes face
so i whould be making a banner with itachi or sasuke on it
