to only allow one work per member^^ Which if Your other work gets better than
that, the old one will be replaced^^ Unless that both of your works are
marvellous, both of them will be in^^ Right now animanga is in charge of
that^^
As for the weekly feature...
The main requirements is to have good quality of scan & good extraction.
That is the basic that I felt is very important^^ And then, Itll be decided if
its unique in the sense of perspective or others or its just plain calm &
beautiful. For the MAIN FEATURE: it must be suggested by two admins or more^^
For the VECTOR/DOUJINSHI/VECTOR FEATURE: its selected by the admin in
charge^^
