no, i'm sorry aqi-san, you can't. this is also the unique thing about the
contest: you have to look around MT and offer to make others layouts if you
think they need one. not only do you beautify their page and help them out, you
can gain more friends as well!

Ahh Im so sad, I have another entry for the contest but the person who I did it
for has went AWOL on me, and hasn't been on MT in over a week *cries*... ahh and
I wanted that entry to be in this round so bad. I guess I'll use it next round
