download from other people who are ' seeding ' (<< sharing) the file you
are looking for. But before that, u need to have a software like
µTorrent to download. If u are interested u can download
µTorrent from this site (it is free) >>> http://www.utorrent.com/download.php
Its a simple matter of going to your contol panel
then user page content. After that you select where in the content you want the
banner to appear (like at mine it was at the end) and paste it in there.
The code for userpage is a bit different than the one you use in
submissions.
