on the zodiac theme? How much time do I have left to finish it if I do so? There
are only two submissions... and one on copycat? O_o

@Evo- for illustrator everything just about lies in the top 2 arrows. One arrow
lets you move things and the other makes things distorted (you can make a point
and pull it). I forget which is which, but they have a difference.
You don't really need layers as much on Illustrator: it saves all your paths
automatically.
To fill in the path, there's a little tab in the lowest right hand corner saying
"swatches" and "outlines" and all that. I think you simply
select your path and then fiddle around with those settings (if you want it
outlined and filled, use the swatch and outline; only filled in- use swatches
and set the outline to 0px; etc)
lol yeah see Tishdon i would be out since I drool a lot, I think that's a dead

hey a stupid noob question for ya, does anyone know of any good tutorials around
for Illustrator? I got it about a month ago and I am stumped on how to work it.
Plus I was told its a good vector program and so I thought I might give it a try
out.
*tears of joy* my computer is working, really really working. Stupid RAM, I'd
want to kill it but apparently its already dead, *sigh* now its a warranty
issue.
@ Evo, cheer up, in my experience you could sleep at TAFE and as long as you get
the work done and don't snore (or drool) nobody would really mind. I mean I
spent 2 1/2 hours of a 3 hour TAFE IT class every week on the internet and still
managed to finish the course. Gotta just love internet surfing. If all else
fails peppermint tea is great for giving a non-caffiene wake-up call.
@ Misa mecha? Wow if Misa can go Mecha I guess anything's possible. When you're
finished are you going to post it here too? I think i'd really like to see
it.
Must get back to F.E.A.R - and my ongoing wallpaper(s).

year/ animals which kind of does resemble zodiacs), anything Furuba would fit
the theme

I'm currently working on something new. It's meccha and it's gonna move the
earth >D Haha not really. I just always wanted to make something mech, but
always ended up failing miserably
I just bought F.E.A.R and Splinter Cell Chaos Theory for my computer - when I
get it back that is. It'll work or we'll kill it trying, no problem can
withstand the forces currently gathering together against that poor stubborn
machine (Me -not much help really- + 2 technicians + loads of helpful advice
from other experienced people). Die, die, die - ooops I mean work, work,
work!
Still unable to participate in comps - no computer = no wallpapers.
Hey it'd be great if somebody did a really dark wall featuring Kyo from Furuba
(*squeal*, big fan). Especially in his other form - that would still fit into
the zodiac theme wouldn't it Misa?
Lol, the zodiac theme is quite hard. But Fushigi Yuugi wallpapers and Furuba
walls also scrape into the zodiac theme, I think, just based on the story of the
2 anime :P So if that gives any ideas, go for it (Still
trying to finish copycat challenge.... *groans*)

anonymously and the aim of the game is to guess who made them. I think it's

went to New Zealand not long after I got back. I seem to miss voting for cute.
Anyways just dropping by. Also I am back at TAFE now it it seems to be one busy
busy year...argh...-Shira

Hey I just heard a great story- well for the people not involved of course,
apparently my uncle's computer just stopped and he sent it to be fixed (but wait
that's not the punchline - well daaa obviously). His computer people charged him
over $100 and found 104 viruses on his system - 104. 2 killed mine. Of course he
blames his teenage son - my cousin for them ALL.
AVG huh... must go look it up. I'm using ZoneAlarm at the moment until I decide
on a new Virus thingy.
But on the bright side my photoshop now works and I didn't lose my files I was
working on. Yey! and if I ever stop freaking out about the wierd things my
computer does I might get the wall i've been working on for two computer and two
reformats nearly finished.
@Evo don't adjust the screen brightness just put on sunglasses - there my
totally irrelevant and completely unhelpful comment for the day
I got nostalgic the other day and had a look at our W.A.R. entry and I saw the
part saying if the top left hand corner was too bright to turn brightness down.
I never thought that the part was too bright until I bought myself a 19"
LCD monitor the other day and I can't seem to get the setting just yet and I was
like whoa that corner is bright.
