resolved. i'm more than annoyed that people still have that problem, but i know
it's not their fault, but mine... *sigh*. also, i don't understand why jasmine
sees part of the text so transparent. as far as i know, i set it so it would be
completely visible. both in my editing program and browsers it's ok.... and so
you don't think i'm just bullshitting you, here's the sceencap from firefox.
the best i could think of, was to use a mask for blending the pic in the bg....
don't say how to blend it in photoshop cuz i don't use it so i won't have any
ideea what you're talking about. i'm using psp XI (just upgraded from 8 so i
still gotta figure out the added stuff).
considerng i'm here to please you guys and make the place as comfy for you guys
as possible..... post whatever you think should be changed, even on the css
part.
i'm leaving for school, you've got about 6-7 hours to post your suggestions, and
then i'll get to work, changing what bugs me.... if i don't get anything, i'll
leave it for tomorrow.
hope i got all of my ideeas typed down and you guys don't misunderstand
(unfortunately people who know me rl misunderstand my actions and words.
hopefully nothing i typed ticks you off)...

i tried going for a "pic appearing from the bg" look and i hope it
gives that feeling . i
know the headers look a little out of place, but i wanted some contrast. and
using a fabric pattern for the post header has a meaning.... she's an artisan so
i used something to go with her occupation . yeah, you
don't see to often dwarves with swords, but i don't like fighting with a
blunt....
i updated the gallery a little..... didn't finish cuz i have a monster headache
so i'll leave the comp after i finish typing this.
oh, screencap so you guys will see how it looks on my comp... changed the
resolution from 1024x768 to 1152x864
the layout... hmm i am a very hard critic on my own works and on others' as
well... so dont kill me but.. the layout could do with some more work. For
people who use bigger resolutions it is bugged at the right side (the grey
area).
I am also in favour of clear, clean and smooth layouts that are really user
friendly, dont hurt ones eyes, have a clear icon space so that it is all easy to
read and decipher what the page is all about. The screen doesnt smoothly turn
into the background color but rather abruptly ends which is also not that nice
for those who use wider res. So probably I will be the only one that wont say
"great job" or that the layout looks really nice, sry Etoo.
