I would accept it but may not give very good grades for respect of the theme. It's up to you to submit somethign that focuses more on urban architechture or stick to this wall. You can always enter the contest more than once too.

Can I request a tutorial? For those who use Painter IX, how do you use the digital watercolour tool? I like the effects of it, but it reacts in weird ways and I have no idea why T__T Like when I switch from Simple Water to one of the Blenders (like Round Blender), why do the colours get all washy-looking? and when I try to blend it looks weird... and sometimes I get these wet edges that I don't want there T__T And what are the Dry/Diffuse Digital Watercolour under layers for? and what's the wash brush for?

Also, is there a difference between painting on the canvas and painting on additional layers?
