The Shakugan no Shana movie is an alternate telling of both the novels and the
first season, mainly the battle with Shana and Friagne, though Margery Daw is in
the movie, she doesn't get much time as in the animes series. The movie will
contain enhanced animation graphics + extended storyline to get more parts from
the novels into the movie. The movie does include new scenes that aren't in the
first season, but then again some parts are also taken out of the movie that
aren't as important or related to the novels (just to cut the time down too...).
Just as an example, the last part of the anime with Hecate and others won't be
shown in the movie, it the whole final episodes of the anime will most likely be
taken out of the movie all together, this will also include the parts about
Shana's past too. I'm really trying hard not to spoil the movie for ya...(I've
actually read and seen a large portion of the movie itself... )

well its not exactly same in the 1st season but they said that it was the

helped write and sing parts of the song. The other four girls Shimamiya Eiko,
Kawada Mami, MELL, and Utatsuki Kaori along with KOTOKO all helped sing the song
for the movie. Got to give credit to all the ladies now! ^.^

both KOTOKO and Mami Kawada are the two lead I've vocalists. Though, if KOTOKO
is doing a song for the second season, it is highly possible that Mami Kawada
will also preform, the two sound very much alike if you listened to the I've

So the movie is coming out later?
It's going to be a very long 1 and a half months to be exact...there really
isn't much in anime coming out during the month of September except the Clannad
Movie. Also for the Shakugan no Shana movie, there is good news! The Shakugan no
Shana movie hit theaters April 21, 2007 and the DVD release is September 21.
2007(please be aware it is still subject to change) so there is hope for a
fansub version a little while after the DVD release. So in a sense, the movie
comes out before the second season (October 2007) though there is actually hope
the second season of Shakugan no Shana will air sometime earlier. Do look
forward to a prequel episode of Shana Second though sometime during September
2007. Thats all the info I can give everything now!...hehe..
