haha.. thats funny kokuyu..
but i cant deny the point of our country always do those record breaking things
without consider the cost..
that s**ks, y don they use the money & make a free internet for us
malaysian, like some country overseas.. that could help us a lot, rite?
nvm dat.. agree wif u guys, malaysia boleh..
somehow i do agree when during the returning part, when the announcer mentioned
him as 'spectator', it's true too.
also he just sit there than control the rocket during the flying and returning
part. again, when he's referred to as 'passenger' i can't help but agree
too.
in short, the rebuffing issue that he's a qualified cosmonaut is merely to lift
Malaysians' spirit of patriotism (i wish the government can be honest rather
than boasting something that's questionable)
it's undeniable that we PAY him to go to space. after that, will he return again
as surgeon or cosmonaut?
(btw, it's already a Malaysian culture of doing something record-breaking
without considering the cost and significance to country.....longest
satay...biggest mooncake....?
)
anyway, i accept the fact he's the 1st Malaysian in space (not
MySpace )
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheikh_Muszaphar_Shukor
and he was sent there to do some experiments along with being a deco (the deco
thing's a joke, chill), and I doubt russians would let a noob cosmonaut do
anything BIG right?

i got fed up wit those russian saying that our angkasawan is onli for publicity
& say dat our country is still jz a amatur.. dat p*ss me off..
lol
it wasn't the Russian. the landing part was broadcasted by NASA America.
initially they still insists him as 'spectator', while ex-astronaut states he's
now a qualified Cosmonaut.
i'm not sure on either point. maybe it's because we pay him to fly to space. but
i think he should be recognized as cosmonaut too
whatever it is, at least Malaysia Boleh!
well...I kinda agree a bit with what the russians say...
*ducks bricks thrown by the other Malaysians*
okok...sorry...but what I'm trying to say is...yes he might be a qualified
cosmonaut or whatever...
but somehow him being there seems erm...useless?
I mean he doesn't have a purpose for being there at all...he's not there for
research...he's not there to pilot the ship...then whats the use of him being
there?
Don't you think its a bit waste of money to send him to space without a
purpose?
*ducks again from more bricks thrown by the other Malaysians*
sorry...sorry...
well, i kinda look japanese, so said a few of those KeKWa (did I get this
right?) people in NS. and because of that, i earned the nickname 'jepun' by the
other members.
anyone here in deviantART? i suck at editing pics, so I feel intimidated to post
them in MT, and I write more than I draw.
btw, there was an insane rumour that singapore might join malaysia. though it
came up just because lee kuan yew said malaysia is good in sense of racial
unity. I don't think singapore will join m'sia, but yeah, racial unity is better
here than in some other countries.
