I finally got around to watching Gundam 00. I like it. It seems interesting.
They're taking their time developing the political setting (I've heard a few
discussions on comparisons between the series' and the current political
conditions), but I'm wondering if all the different elements (sides, groups,
people, etc) they're throwing in would become a problem as the story
progresses...
But anyway, I like how it (thus far) hasn't focused so much on the characters
(like SEED does for example)... I mean they haven't really gotten into the
characters yet.
... It reminds me of Gundam Wing... it feels similar, if that makes any sense...
Well... it's still doubtful when it comes to mechs but in terms of our primary
energy needs, it is very suitable. And besides, ever heard of a car being
powered by solar energy? We got one here in the Philippines... ;p

Oh yeah, I saw a comment on the Gundam 00 ep.3 vid on crunchyroll. That user
said that Gundam Wing is a big disappointment. Geez... agreed on that?
solar energy? gundam isn't a certain ex-vice president guys ;P. I doubt that
solar energy is the way of the future since you get maybe 20% at best energy
collected from the total amount that the collectors recieve, then you only can
use about 80% of what you collected for energy line electricty. I have to admit,
I'm going to have to go with the nuclear power of gundam seed idea since it
holds a lot more promise. besides, how can we have a real war with gundams if we
don't a crisis of some kind ;P LOL XXXD. Still, joking aside, I think that it is
cool gundam is sending messages like this. sigh, got to get a chance and see ep3
if i find it.

propaganda about energy conservation. As what the story tells, Earth's having
oil or fuel shortage on that era and converted to solar energy. I think it is a
good step to promote solar energy these days considering the current oil prices
in the market.

started. I'm talking about Macross. With news of a new Macross series starting
soon, I highly recommend people here to watch it.
