Suggestion for Kuroimisa:
How about a cosplay as Death Note's Misa.
Her dressing style and especially the hairstyle make her easily recognisable, she has rather long hair, qualifies as cute girl plus it'd be Misa cosplaying Misa (best reason ever I know ).

You could argue about her being a likeable character though, after all she likes to help out mass murderers in her free time.
