I don't like the Tales from Earthsea... I really do not get the plot or what's
going on... But the music is nice~
Also The Grave of the Fireflies... It's a really sad and depressing movie, so I
can't say that I like it. But I like how it foreshadows the ending right in the
beginning of the movie.
Kiki is so cute~ I watched it quite a few times because my elder sister likes
it~ I watched it in English Dub though...
For Totoro, I wtached it just to see the cuteness.
Whispers of The Heart is probably not as famous as the others, but I really
liked it. The story is simple but great. No magic or weird things. And they sang
Country Road in the Movie~ =3
Oh yea, Most Ghibli movies have cute animals in it~ Especially Totoro <3
Though I'm not sure whether Tororo is actually an animal... or what kind of
animal he/she is...

i can say that its my fave ghibli [the deepest ghibli with lots of emotions]
and kiki is probably my least favourite [after eaerthsea of course >:D]
because its seriously plotless and just concentrates on kawainess

sen to chihiro is deeper and i truly love it, but i watched it like 4 or 5 times
and im kinda tired of it

Lol, actually my first movie from studio Ghibli was Hotaru no Haka (I started
out hardcore, didn't I ) I was eight
years old and back then I didn't know of ghibli's existence and after watching
it I was too scared to look for other movies by them. But as time passed I
always remembered HnH (it was kinda haunting me, but in a good way) and I
finally looked up ghibli and found Kiki, I think. After that I started watching
every ghibli I could find and I even re-watched Hotaru (it still has an
enourmous impact on me), so SentoChihiro was just another one of those movies
and I
don't feel attached to it, especially since Chihiro was freaking annoying
Btw I've got this list of three things I especially love about Hayao's works:
1. The music of Hisaishi-sensei
2. There's almost always some king of animal or creature that makes us laugh
really hard or is considered very cute and that basically steels the show
3. Random blobs! (sorry abul for not taking things seriously but I really feel
that way )
I'm also really thankful to Spirited Away because it's thanks to it that I fell
in love with Ghibli. So I have to put it as my fav~
But actually the older movies have better story~ ^^

@Naomi-chan - Yeah... I also go weak when I hear his music - it's always so
emotional... That's one of the reasons my fav Miyazaki movies is Nausicaa (the
Ohmu song...) And I remember when Howl was just about to get released and I
heard the theme Hisaishi used (~MerryGoRound~) and I was like 'This'll not work.
Not this time.' and yet it did! I'm still truly amazed by that
I would love to join!
I haven't seen that huge amount of Ghibli's films, just Howl's Moving Castle,
Kiki's Delivery Service and Spirited Away, but I'm a complete dork for Joe
Hisaishi, I really like his music, to the point that sometimes it makes me cry

i cant believe its finally done but it is! >:D
me and kashi-chan were working on the group for so long and its such a joy to
see the group alive =D
well this group is about studio ghibli as you could understand
and as the rules say members should have seen at least 2 studio ghibli films
so these are the ones i've seen
-spirited away
-howl's moving castle
-baron: the cat's return
-laputa: castle in the sky
-nausicaa of the valley of the wind
-my neighbour totoro
-grave of the fireflies
-kiki's delivery service

i have them all on dvd and im definitely going to buy/watch the other ones >:D
