code geass R2 first episode only aired about 1 hour and 30 minutes. (aired at 5 pm in japan)
it's normal the raws aren't online yet. they should be very soon.
I remember Gundam 00 aired at 6 pm and the raws were online two hours after so...let's just wait a little bit more guys!
I'm sure episode 1 will only bring us more questions though

yes, both seasons of Code Geass are licensed by Bandai. I believe there will be at least one group subbing it despite being licensed. So you really don't have to worry
