ever
and of course 2nd/3rd best fansub group! i know there
are already groups who subbed the anime but hey! better choose the best one

so finally i can now DL the subbed version of it! man! i'm

yes, both seasons of Code Geass are licensed by Bandai. I believe there will be
at least one group subbing it despite being licensed. So you really don't have
to worry
