Behold! The new set was released, called "Shadowmoor". It is quite
unusual, for this bit is continuation of the previous set, "Lorvyn".
Basically, this part is a reprise of Ravnica Block with lots of multicolors and
combined mana cards. It is interesting, especially if you dust your Ravnica deck
and combine it with new powers of Shadowmoor. Let's go over the new mechanics a
bit. So, we got this thing called "Wither". This makes your creature
(with this perk, of course) deal damage in form of -1/-1 counters, which means
that every time this creature deals damage, you place ammount of -1/-1 counters
equal to dealing creature's powe on the creature that was dealt damage.
And then, there is new "Untap symbol" used in some abilities. I think
this doesn't need any explanation.
One would think that this features are making spells too powerful, but
fortunately there are others cards to counter theese abilities. You got loads of
cards that let you remove -1/-1 counters or nulify them with +1/+1 counters. And
some abilities let's you even take advantage of this crippling damage!
Anyway. As for our current target, I think it would be nice to create a
fictional set that would be good enough to actually play it, which means: All
five colours, ok. 160 - 180 cards AND no extremely powerful cards, and IF the
with equivalents to counter them for other colours. Whaddaya think? And I let
you pick a category for it, whatever you like. I say, it would be good to just
make a whole, working set from anime. That would let excel everyone at what he
or she know best. Whaddaya think?

I got it! I got the new plane for the new set that me and all of you could
create.
A plane of great blacksmiths and mystical magic, filled with clinging sounds of
swords and armors, the Forgeworld! Let's
bring back the good old magic of artifacts, because they got far less attention
since Mirrodin Block.
What say you?
Let's remember that it would be medieval style, so no high-tech thingies like in
darksteel, but loads of golems, swords, shields and such stuff. And of course,
what would be a deck with forged swords and no Dwarf! Now THAT got FAR too less
attention. In fact, there were no dwarves in ages.

BTW, I came up with a new keyword ability: Furious - this creature comes into play
with X +1/+0 counters on it, where X is a total ammount of life that you have
lost since the beggining of the game.

I meant that Yu-Gi-Oh is a simplified version of Magic. And that Yu-Gi-Oh was
made into an anime after that manga was made.

Hmn.. I just looked closely at the cards that were made prior to when I found
this new site. The old ones are better quality ... Ghah, so I see I must go
searching for the one we used to use..
A simplified version you mean? That's understandable since the show was for a
younger age group. But now that you've mentioned the difficulty, I'd get owned
by a fourth grader in Magic

i say it's more "dificult" you haqve to really think of strategies to
make a good deck

Yeah. Like the tactics I devised for my secondary deck, mounted from blue and
green, with Slivers. Those slivers grant me ability to dump top cards of
opponent's library directly into the grave, so with appriopariate ammount of
counter spells for defence, it can level opponent's library to zero, before he
levels my life total, thus allowing me to win ^^. Though, it doesn't work
against fast attack decks, with strong and cheap creatures.
To each his own, I suppose. But they should keep making these alternate win
cards, makes things more interesting when you change what you're fighting for
from their life total to some other goal.
That's why I prefer simple, indestructible creatures, like Myojin of Cleansing
Fire or Konda, Lord of Eiganjo. They may be expensive in mana, but they are
something that your opponent have to reckon with . I
myself based my deck on such creatures. Now I am hunting for a few Darksteel
Collosuses as an addition to Myojins .
