JUZT WANT ALL OF U TO REMEMBER THESE^^ :
Mark 7: 9And he said to them: "You have a fine way of setting aside the
commands of God in order to observe[a] your own traditions!
Mark 4:33With many similar parables Jesus spoke the word to them, as much as
they could understand. 34He did not say anything to them without using a
parable. But when he was alone with his own disciples, he explained everything.
Mark 11:23"i tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go,
throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that
what he says will happen, it will be done for him.
Luke 8:17For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing
concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open.18Therefore
consider carefully how you listen. Whoever has will be given more; whoever does
not have, even what he thinks he has will be taken from him."
7And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him
day and night? Will he keep putting them off?8 I tell you, he will see that they
get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith
on the earth?"
Matthew 5:46If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not
even the tax collectors doing that?47And if you greet only your brothers, what
are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that?48Be perfect,
therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own
nice verses!
i like this verse the best^^

Quote by CLAMPchicSpeaking in
generalities here: If someone (country, rebel factions, etc.) is causing
trouble, and exerting dominance over another group, then the answer might very
well be to challenge their authority with your own. But at the same time, you're
doing the same thing they did by exerting your dominance. But again, if you
don't do anything, is there really peace?
More importantly,
what side is right and what side is wrong? Those who some view as terrorists may
be viewed as heroes by others. In general, I oppose those who cause suffering.
That's how I determine the 'hero' and 'villain' in such cases.
Quote: Sorry, sometimes my line of
thought gets fairly abstract.
Your point of view on things rather intrigues me, ProgramZERO, because in ways
it's so different than what I grew up learning. (that's not a bad thing, of
course)
Absolutely. I personally like to learn about
different viewpoints and foreign nations I've never visited and surprise myself
by discovering all the hidden similarities. It's a treat after always having the
differences emphasized by what my eyes alone perceive.
Quote: Also, I want to apologize
for my sparseness in the group... classes have kept me pretty busy this quarter.
Horrible excuse, I know, but it's true; I swear, it really is.
^^;
Yeah, this isn't as rare as you might think. LOL!

Guys, a little advice. I just received mail from Selective Service and I don't
know whether I should send it in or not... It says it's a federal crime not to
so it's quite intimidating. Have any of you received a letter also?
Quote by ProgramZEROI believe war is
only necessary to maintain the peace... It's something of a paradox... I
know...
I love paradoxes.
I find things like that to be intriguing; at first glance, it makes no sense,
but after some thought it really does. I'm not sure how it pans out, in
practice, but in theory it does seem logical.

Quote by eupathiaWhoa, interesting topic
on the guestbook. War is an interesting topic because people generally do not
want people to die in war. It feels like I'm in my old A.P. European class in
high school. :] Anyway, I'm glad to join this group! God
bless!
Absolutely. Before WWI, reasons for war were glory,
power, and pride. Now, the loss of life is very often the fulcrum for
controversy. I believe war is only necessary to maintain the peace... It's
something of a paradox... I know...
