I vectored the scan. I used Photoshop CS2. If you have this program, here is a

I learnt it with this tutorial. You can also vector with other programs, but I
don't know which and how.

I just put the same pic lol
(control panel ===> skin builder or control panel ===> customize userpage
content but you have to know how to use html code ^^)
