Yah... I've only ever really played FFX and ffx-2. I know I should start on the
other ones but Spira has pretty much taken over my obsessive mind. Tidus and
Yuna are definitely my favorite FF couple... and Tidus... he rocketed off my
coolness/hotness scale...

Anyways, I didn't play FFX coz I don't have ps2, but I just watched the
blitzball movie... hmm.. whatever you call that... before Tidus was sucked into

really can't get my butt off the couach while I was watching it, pretty amazing!
(I know I'm relaly kinda outdated in stuff ''') But I
just felt like... expressing my love for FFX. Heheheh! Anyway, I agree with
Shinobikaori, FFX is such a sad game... sobs... Tidus is just an illusion? Sobs

I have played them all except fot 3 and XI but Im getting XI soon. My fave is
VIII and X(havent fisnished VII yet). I really love Final Fantasy for the
storys. FFX made me cry lol ^^;;

i've been a fan of final fantasy ever since i was young and playing it on super
nintendo
ah the classic's ff3 and ff2 were great........
what i hated was that i got an N64 instead of a playstation so i had wait a long
time to get 7,8, and 9
and i got them in the wrong order too >< it was odd watching the graphics
slowly get worse as i played them backwards
i still have to play ff XI...but i don't have a job and can't afford it right
now
the ff series put square-enix to the top as my fav game company^^^

MY GOD, yah... Trema Lv99 took me forever, as well as half-a-dozen restarts,
because in the Japanese ver. ffx-2 International they killed catnip, so when you
equip a character they're automatic on berserk and slow status. You can equip
auto-haste to get rid of slow but nothing gets rid of berserk, so I couldn't do
that gunner-happy thing that all the FAQs were talking about (and this took me a
while to figure out). It was NOT
pretty... and "he who abandons everything" would sometimes kill me
before I get a chance to bribe him... Trema took
me like I don't know how long... and worse I was trying to go for 100% story
completion in one go but I beat Trema and missed it by 0.1% or something like
that! I finished with 99% and I was SO, MAD...
But yah, creature create is pretty cool. I'm playing a new game plus now and
just focusing on going through the tournaments so I can get Tidus, hehe, and
maybe some of the other ppl...

I don't really understand : if you're talking of ffX, you have Tidus in your
team so no need to capture him. If you're talking of ffx-2, there isn't a
monster arena since the CEM was transformed to a chocobo
ecury.
Oops, just realized that I used the wrong name. I meant the "creature
create"/monster colosseum, which is a new feature in ffx-2 Japanese
International... not included in the US released ffx-2 International. It's a
really cool addition... one of the "inventions" that that Shinra comes
up with. You can capture any fiends that you encountered in the game and human
characters like Aniki, Baralai, Nooj, as well as Trema (if you met him and
survived to tell the tale) and "he who abandoed everything"... pretty
much anything you fight in ffx-2, and you can add them to your team which is
UBER cool, although you have no control over their actions. If you unlock and
beat the harder tournaments, you can capture and add Tidus, Auron, and Seymore
(I believe) to your team, as well as Lulu... and some other people I don't
remember.

I adore Final Fantasy because the artwork / character design / CG scenes are
breathtakingly gorgeous, the music is wonderful, and the plot is always
amazing!!

I don't think that they made mistakes. Maybe my sources aren't so reliable, but
the same date is written on different websites. We'll see in 4 months..

Well, since I'm such a drooling fool for FFX, I figured I'd join here.
As for Final Fantasies I have played: all of 'em. Yep, every last one, including the ones the US didn't get.
And I expect some controversy for this but...
Favorite FFs: FFVI (ffiii snes in US) FFX, FF Tactics Advance.
Least favorite: ffvii, and I passionately hate FFVIII.
Oh, yeah, and I've done Lulu fan art out the ying yang, and I have cosplayed her as well (see my website for pics if curious).
