You've got some valid points there. I've never actually played Halo 1 but I plan
to eventually. Legendary is pretty difficult even with espionage like tactics.
Especially with sniper jackels all around in hidden spots. Not even grenades
save you. Elites and brutes just dive away from the blast. SMG's work well but
the battle rifle is just too slow. 3 shots per burst is just too slow to take
down an elite. Plus it has a slow rate of fire which really isn't good. Oh yeah
and waiting does nothing the elites seek you out even if you hide they will find
and kill you in unmerciful ways.
