Okayyyy...

1) I've played through ff6-x2 (7 twice), and FFT (thrice!). ^^
Hoping to get a GBA and FFTA pretty soon...I hope...and also waiting for XII. can't have my ps2 online, so maybe XI's not a possibility...

2) Two things: storyline and innovativeness. I still pay tribute to FF7 for having the best storyline in RPG history...6, 8, and FFT close behind. As for innovativeness, maybe the battle system of the PS1 classics were those that shone the most...the materia system (yeah!), the junction system (though it wasn't very much to my liking), and the job system (of FFT...thus far my favorite). There will be, no doubt even more in the upcoming games. ^^

3) Well...that's a given. ^^

Also can't wait to watch FF7:AC and play Dirge of Cerberus

The thing i like most about FF is that they have the most realistic and awesome artwork around. And I really like each FF's battle system especially too, FF7's materia magic system, FFX's Sphere Grid system and FFT,FFTA & FFV's Job System
Also i find the storylines of each FF different and unique

My fav FF games include FFVII, FFX and FFVI

I see the FF system I like... mmm....... I always liked the jobs system like in FF1, FFV, FFTactics, I always liked the idea of certain abilities depned on the job the character has!also I like the materia, the one used on ffx-2 and also the FF8 system I know it was kinda "plain" as Hikarujm said but I like it and was not that confussing!!

i don't know how many from here use BitTorrent, but in the Fansub group AnimeOne they have a nice FFAC trailer in good quality, Also don't know if anyknow knew about this, but the file it's in avi, you see almos tall the characters in "widescreen", and seems clear; And yes ti will come out in DVD first ^_^ if anyone want to see it go to a.scarywater.net or use the AnimeDownload page to get to the Fansub.
also if there are not enogh seeds I'll be seeding January 2 or PM for a specific day!!

Hey, hey! I finally decided to make a wallpaper for the contest. When I saw the topic (new year) I immediatly thank to FF7: Advent Children who releases in 2005! So... I made this --> http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/73199/
And my favorite battle/skills system from the FFs is the materia system too. My favorites were the red, haha. The most difficult was to have the three red materia for the final Bahamut! Remember!

I'm glad that the group GB is getting some action latelly... I guess it's time to propose a topic to talk about... let me see... a couple of days ago ilovebaiken ask me which is my favorite battle/skills system from the FFs, for me it's the materia system, followed by the Espers system (I'm almost sure I mispell it) I think they are very flexible and keep it simple, no so much is the Junction system from ffviii it is too confusing and the level advance is very plain.

Hajimemashite! As you can probably imagine given the existance of this posting, I'm a huge fan of the Final Fantasy series and thus would love to be a part of this group.

I've played Final Fantasy IV, V, VI, VII, viii, X, and Tactics, of which VI and VII are my favorites and VIII was my biggest disappointment. What really makes the Final Fantasy games special for me (and makes me keep coming back for more) are the stories and the music. . . Square has really suffered a great loss with Nobuo Uematsu's resignation.

Right now, I'm eagerly anticipating the release of Advent Children. . . to fill the time before its release (and subsequent fansub!) I'm replaying VII from the beginning, and it's at least as much fun this time around as it was the first.

In any case, I hope that I'll be able to become a part of this great group of fellow afficionados of the Final Fantasy series.
