Part of why I liked the looks of Gundam ZZ, was b/c of the focus(?) on the
"new types", and not the gundam models like in seed. (aka
coordinators) If ZZ isn't good, then what would I watch to learn about the new
types, and not from the angle of the naturals?

gundamknight why don't u guys decorate the group or somthing like that look at
my group Newtypes if u want i can decorate gundam-haven couss i really like this

And just to add to what Koenken said (perhaps for the benefit of others), I'd
like to mention the presence of other timelines as well and their corresponding,
most-notably-known series.
UC= Universal Century (Gundam) <- This being the original, other timelines
have (in general) been refered to as an "Alternate Universe" in
relation.
FC= Future Century (G Gundam)
AC= After Colony (Gundam Wing)
CC= Correct Century (Turn A Gundam)
CE= Cosmic Era (Gundam seed)
AW= After War (Gundam X)
It has been quite interesting, to say the least, (and should be mentioned) of a
few Gundam fans' interest and speculation of the links between the timelines -
since, I should say, there are no chronological continuations from one timeline
into another.

with a humorous tone. Events in ZZ aren't refered to at all in CCA...so you're
better off with Z Gundam or the 0079 movies if you want to get into UC...heck,

I'll disagree on that. They made GS very pathetic for me. The artworks
of the earlier Series are, I think, better.
I was not saying GS was better than other series. I just said I liked how GS
looked, but I do agree that some of the earlier series looked better.

I must say that the best series on the UC Era is on Char's Counterattack. And even Kira can't defeat Amuro there, hehehe!
