When I saw in the w.a.r. thread that the collab walls were up for the world to
see, I went to the site and saw your collab wall and I was like O.O
As for your expectations, I think I can guarantee that MT3 will give more
visibility to good walls (handpicked highlighted walls! no more top favs!). I
can't say more (secret!) but flist whores and gallery spammers should be stunted
a lot in mt3 (difficult to say for forum though) and users who post crap or
duplicates will be palized .
There will be some radical changes implemented by the administrator (and that as
always will raise complaints), but I hope that you guys will like them, and that
they will be fair... I truly hope that mt3 will be a better and friendlier
place.
And thanks for everything else, and for this great wall. I think I will use it
as background for a LONG time.

I would be lazy and just drop into competing w.a.r groups leaving them with some

p.s. i don't want to be rude, but a-WallpaperRevolution's entry, it looks so
similar to that wall yina submitted a week ago. the one with the pens and the
girl on the squared paper with the roses. they even used the same eraser and
finished it with the same noise filter. @___@ isn't that kind of. err. lazy? and
did morphine's scent drop out?
If we were to upload the collab, I think we first need to decide WHO should
upload it. ^_^ It's a really awesome wall and I say Evo should. Why Evo? She's
the lowest level of the Collab Team and it'd be a nice little booster for her.
Plus Misa's technically supposed to be out of doing walls anymore so someone
else should upload it, and Evo's coloring of Taiki is the star next to Misa's
effects and addons.

@ Terra-chan : well, it's a challenge. The standards have to be pretty high.
There'll be some quirky themes, but just to fill you in:
* at least one round is a wallpaper
* the other two are either: wallpaper sized or non wallpaper.
* at least one round you will need to email in your entry
I expect the standard to be pretty high (therefore hopefully the bot won't
delete em), because unlike the war, they give you a theme and then they tell you
the scan category, yes? If you remember my UA2 theme: there is no darkness where
there is light and I gave you all 3 scans to choose from, it'll be somewhat
similar.
NB: It's possible you get that; it's possible you won't.
But it's also most likely you'll get a stimulus material, like the music one...
remember the flying gif playing the cello? Something like that.
So you can get any sort of stimulus that is sensual: textual, aural, visual or
any combination of the three.
The stimulus ensures that even if you know what the round requirements are eg.
someone found out that it would be a wallpaper round - they still can't get a
head start, because the stimulus would be unpredictable.
And so okay then it'll be across MT. Just open to groups or open to any
individual member? I
have trouble deciding. I don't know if I can be able to handle such a large
comp. 20 competitors to me is big already... if there are more... I spose it's
still okay

requires you to look like an idiot when you win.
I was thinking about this and then it dawned on me what a wonderful idea it
would be. More will be revealed later after this is actually going to be a
serious competition and it'll kinda take place... but it's just a load of
fun.
In the w.a.r, people might go grrrr when they lose, but in t.r.e.c (that's my
abbreviation) people will be throwing tantrums when they lose. Just um, yeah.
To participate you will need to agree to several conditions, one being a donated
prize. This is like what Terra described, almost like a Kris Kringle thing...
but yeah :P It should be fun.

On the note of judges we'll need 6 anonymous. The way it works is funnier than
the usual way of judging:
* one who writes only bad stuff
* one who only writes good stuff
* one who writes illiterately
* one who writes poetically
* one who writes truthfully
and the last one scales scores up or down to compare your entry across the
entire round.
(just in case. I don't know what they did for w.a.r, but it seems they may not
have compared it beyond groups... if that makes any sense).
So yeah. I'll need more feedback on how big you guys want it... I guess the
bigger the better... but I'll have trouble making an offsite thing :P *doesn't
have a server/host and will resort to free webpages* lol

IF THIS COMP IS *STRICTLY* FOR UA members.
i would also like to ask of you if you are prepared to not only RISK your
reputations, you will also potentially MAKE A FOOL of yourself for the sake of
this competition as part of the risk.
The first two rounds WILL be a knockout and it would be desirable to have *16 or
20* starters (MUST be divisible by 4) and *6* anonymous judges.
This is NOT a copy of the W.A.R.
This is more challenging than the w.a.r, but a lot more light hearted and much
more UNPREDICTABLE. It will also be a SMALLER scale than the W.A.R I would like
to hold every November.
There will be three rounds. special passes will be rewarded to the third
round.
LOSERS OF THE FIRST AND SECOND ROUND CAN STILL WIN.
These special passes are NOT score based. They are WILD CARD based.
I will not reveal too much more about this, but give me a shout on whether or
not you would like this crazy challenge, and if you would like this to be kept
to UA members or spread out more. I will require the group page for part of the
prize and announcements.
