Quote: You all belived that Rurouni Kenshin was ended with the manga number 28... well you were wrong! ^^

In fact there are other wo stories one published in the Kenshin Kaden while the other was published in magazine Jump and they represent the true end of Kenshin's adventures^^

HARU NI SAKURA

Cherry Blossoms in the Spring is a six-page full colored story that takes place in the spring of the 16th year of Meiji Era (1883). It is published in Kenshin Kaden art book (Shueisha 1999, ISBN 4-08-782037-8, 160 pages).

YAHIKO NO SAKABATOU

Yahiko's Sakabato is a short episode written by Nobuhiro Watsuki for the Japanese Magazine Shuukan Shonen Jump in 1999.

That's where they are from :)
That's where I have seen them.
That's what I have :)

ah... well then maybe i'll have to check out the artbook at some point... :D

Quote by fireflywishes oh man... how did i miss those? so those are in the manga? i'll have to go back and reread...

I haven't seen those in the Manga xD

Quote by AndulienNo the first extra is like a little in between the last episode of the TV series but befor the last two OVA's were Kenshin dies...
Everybody meet's at the cherry blossom time except Saitoh and Sanoske.
Yahiko is already an adult and together with Tsubame-chan.

The second one is also in about that time. Kenshin send Yahiko (adult) to watch after a friends Dojo and when he arrives there there are old companions of Shishio who keep the daughter of the dojo as their hostage.

Well that's abou what happens in those two^^

oh man... how did i miss those? so those are in the manga? i'll have to go back and reread...

Quote by AndulienYes I know the Manga is great. Have them all here :)
Have you read the two extra stories?

RK Extra Story 1 - Haru ni Sakura
RK Extra Story 2 - Yahiko no Sakabatou

to tell the truth i only read volume #1 then skipped all the way to volume #18 of the manga... ^_^' the first title sounds familiar tho... is that the one where it's LIKE kenshin, but not? and he's saving the princess or something? it's been awhile since i read the first manga... (i just remember she ties his hair back with her ribbon and as he's walking away these little old ladies are like "is he wearing a ribbon in his hair?")

and by the way...
i think the 2 extra stories are in the Seisou~Hen OAV Episodes ;), not the entire episodes, but they're in there somewhere ;)

Yes I am still alive, even if I have now my own group and another where I'm admin at^^

For the OVA episodes I was right^^ it's just that betrayal, trust and reflection each have 2 episodes^^ so yes 6 OVA's are there. sry^^
And Yes I've seen them all and have them :)
And no, the two extra stories are not in there (just watched it over again^^) So these are extra manga stories which are not in the OVA's or in the series ;)^^
Both are pretty short but still fun to read :)

Well see you :)

WOAA! PEOPLE, YOU ARE ALIVE! YATTAAA! :nya: !

Quote by Andulien Is there more than this Movie the TV series (95 series) and the three OVA's (Samurai X - betrayal/trust/reflection)?

as far as i know, that is all for the RK anime... now if you read the manga... starting after the Kyoto Arc (volume 18-19) there's a whole different story than what was shown in the anime. ;)

i wasn't too impressed by the movie the first time that i watched it. it seemed like they showed that SAME fight scene over and over! upon a second watching it began growing on me a little more. it is still not one of my favorites in the RK franchise, but it's still better than those last 4 DVDs of the anime! XP
