we, alongside my friends, have contacts from Hero. we were told that they can't
get the rights of Bleach because it was already taken by another network.
another network we thought was GMA7.
but i have just told last night by my friend from Hero that the rights was
frozen by Animax.

ROFL! Actually, that post caters to those who are applying for TIN numbers here
in the Phils. That post was actually an email I received a week or so ago,
regarding the experience of a law-abiding citizen who was just trying to do his
duty of becoming a good, honest taxpayer of the Phils and where it got him.
(Poor guy...)
I thought it would be a good idea to let fellow Filipinos see just how
*efficient* our government could get. The story is really something, laughed my
arse off reading it.
The only thing I could say about it is... "How true." Since it just
about sums up how our wonderful government works.
