well, Headaches4ever, the lovely gal who began this group, decided to
mysteriously disappear >.>;;;
she only made me the moderator ( but now that MT updated.. there really is no
difference between a moderator and an admin anyway.. but anyways)
I guess for the time being, I'll have to take over until she comes back... if
she does that is. I really hope so. T.T

^-^...umm...if there are any photoshop element users, how would you set up the
"preesure point mechanism" (when you press down hard the line becomes
thicker, lighter it becomes thinner...)? I found this other pressure thing, but
I don't get the same effect I want..-_-"..i hope I'm not annoying by asking
so many questions...

fun to draw manga by your own!
but, currently, i'm trying to brush up my skill by duplicating drawings from
some manga artist's manga...(like bleach, erementar gerad, MAR, etc...)
i'll be glad to join tis group!

only have photoshop 5.0 and some version of illustrator that i never use ='=

You might also want to check out this site here as they have free
tutorials on drawing techniques and I believe on of the guys there has one on
shading glass bottles and such. I just found the site recently and haven't gone
through it much. Still working on Photoshop tutorial. XP Hope this helps! =^_^=
you can get glass to look shiny with shading..and that all depends on where your
source of light is. once you have established that darken the right areas...your
shadows should follow the shape of your glass bottle, ie is it roundish?are the
lines very sharp? once you have done that you can start on putting in the shiny
parts. i think you can do this once you establish how you are going to make the
light reflect...hmmmm im not making sense...i really need to see your drawing.
but what i can tell you is that if you make the base color of your bottle a
little dark, you can easily show shiny areas.
i was just wondering...if you had to draw a sketch of a glass perfume bottle
(pencil only)..how would you perfectly get the shines and shadings to look
real??...(this is for art class..I have to draw one object and draw different
stages of it transforming into another object>-<')...could anyone give any
advice??...
