how exactly old is ed and al's father. i meaqn he said he can remeber when there wasn't a railraod that came to risinball (spelling?) but the luetant(spelling i know) said there has been railroads there for well over one hundred years. so how old is this guy.

My favourite characters are Hughes and Mustang.
Mustang, because he's cool and Hughes because he's funny.

My favourite character on FMA would have to be Alphonse - he just appeals to me as so sweet and supportive of his brother. I love the Elrics because of their tight bond.

I also love Roy and Riza - they just rock, and as a minor character, I think Psirien interesting:)

Hey all! I'm fairly new to Minitokyo, so go easy on me.
My favorite character is Edward Elric. The manga and the anime do such an incredible job of expressing his pain, remorse, regrets, memories, and other feelings that he is one of the most realistic characters out there. Besides, I'm short too (5 foot 2 inches), and all of us short people have to stick together!

The story is different from the other anime ive seen...and it is bloody too.I usually dissapear a number of days before existing again...its my habit...

i say my favorite character is Maes Hughes because he's just darn funny.

My Favorite character is Edward because i get excited when he uses Alchemi without transmutating Circle. Also when he transmutes his Auto-Mail hand to a Metal Blade I get out of my clothes ! Its amazing !

The most pathetic character - Ed, because Winry was ready to be with him.....errm
The coolest character is certainly Roy or Alex Louis :>

After watching the movie nothing changed...Roy became more cool, and Ed is more pathetic than ever

My favourite character is propably Winry and Roy. Winry because she can kick the Eldric brothers' butt! (stronger than them in any other way i guess :p no offence). Roy because he sure knows hoe to use his authority to command hahaha (especially digging part where they digged for a corpse but....hehe u know the story ^_~)

my favourite character is undoubtely edward elric. He has an excellent combination of personality and his reactions in different ocasions (for examples when they call him "chibi" or "chibi-san" (small)) is excellent. he makes the series funny and interesting

Hey, I'd like to apply. FMA is the series that got me into anime. Favorite character? ......*thinking really hard*....... I guess I'd Have to Ed. He's alittle bit of everything (smart, tough, outgoing, caring...). well, everything except tall, heehee.

does any one understand what is happening right now in Fullmetal Achemist i mean scar just tore off him arm al is in the prosscess of being blown to bits and Edward is trying to fight two humuiy(spelled wrong i know) while protecting rose and the baby she is caring for. does anyone know whos that is by the way.

I can't pick my favorite character between Ed and Al! I just love the two of them so much, and how they both have very different personalities that compliment each other ^^

My favorite character is Edward because he is cool, cute, and the main character. I also like him because it's funny when people piss him off by calling him short.

I guess my favourite character is Edward Elric, not because he is the main character and also not because he's cool, but the painful expriences of which he endured in order to reach his goal. He makes decisions like a man and wishes the best for the ones he knows and does not.

Uumm. . .i would like to aply for this group plz so here are my fav charatars I like Roy (number one1) becuz he is funny, kinda stupid, kind (at times), and even if he tries to hide it one ofthe most careing charatars on fma. And umm Al (number two) he is funny kind and trust worthy and i find myself understanding him the most (like when he is scared or confussed or on the verg of giveing up. Envy (nomber 3) cuz envy is just plain strong hardheaded and funny (mean funny)

Well...Ed is my favorite character because he's funny, can fight well, and smart. ^^ I love the way he goes crazy when he hears the word runt.
