Firstly, i wish for the main image on the layout to be my vector located at this link

The basic over all feel i'd like is more of a vectored feel.Not quite having the
entire layout vectored, but more of an abstract type of thing. For example,
these wallpapers, Bubblegum
by Dioma <--note the background. and this one, Hip-Hop Remix by ShiNN
<--note the brushes used.
Overall i'd like a kind of cheery userpage skin thats kinda abstract with those
circle and arrow brushes. Something that kind of looks like Saki's old layout
when MTv2 was still out.
The text over the top should obviously say Toxictea23 and perhaps a little quote
of the designers choosing, something that might fit with the overall
skin^.^

all doing. Hrm, whatever happened to the nice tabbed layout that we used to
have? Also, it seems as if some of the tutorial links above are no longer
relevant because they pertain to MT2 and not MT3.
Also (though I'm sure some of you have noticed this from your userpage
